Richard R. Roscitt - Chairman and CEO
Mr. Roscitt is a nationally recognized Fortune 100 telecom executive and brings significant credibility, experience and relationships to SMobile Systems executive management team. As MCI's President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Roscitt was best known for helping to lead the company out of bankruptcy and restore it back to its position as a telecom powerhouse with positive cash flow. Mr. Roscitt's successful employment history also includes a heralded track record with AT&T;, which included his serving as CEO of AT&T; Solutions. He also spent several years as Chairman and CEO of ADC Telecommunications.

Neil Book - President
Mr. Book, the President of SMobile Systems has an extensive background in telecommunications. Prior to joining SMobile, he served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing for CVT Prepaid Solutions, a leader in the prepaid services industry. At CVT, Mr. Book was responsible for developing alternative lines of distribution, which led to the establishment and growth of the POSA & E-Commerce division. Before joining CVT Prepaid Solutions, Mr. Book was the Vice President, Business Development for FedCel Corporation, a leading wireless management firm which was successfully sold in 2005 to ProfitLine, Inc. He began his career in the telecommunications industry, spending 5 years with AT&T; Business Services in a number of key management positions.
Mr. Book graduated from the University of Delaware in 1999 with a B.S. in Political Science.

George Tuvell - Chief Technology Officer & Founder
George Tuvell, a leading visionary and entrepreneur in wireless technology, finished his undergraduate with honors in MIS and business administration from The Ohio State University. He has demonstrated success as an international sales, business development, and marketing professional within the IT and wireless industries, and is an expert in systems and application development.
In his prior experience at Abbott Laboratories he co-designed multi-tier fulfillment systems for F500 clientele. After leaving Abbott, George took the role of Senior Technical Architect and Operations Manager for FedCel, a global wireless TEM company. He designed billing optimization and B2B transaction systems for F500 and Federal accounts that steered FedCel to a leadership position within the wireless industry.
George leads SMobile Systems' strategic technology efforts and is responsible for building business in global territories where the company is at the initial stages of market penetration, and for non-branded sales.

Joel Gerber - Senior Vice President of Product Development
Mr. Gerber has an extensive background in commercial software development. Prior to joining SMobile, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Sterling Commerce, a leader in the B2B and EDI industries. At Sterling Commerce, Mr. Gerber was responsible for building and leading global development teams, defining product architecture, and the conceptualization of new products and services. His efforts resulted in the successful launch and financial viability of multiple product lines at Sterling Commerce.
Joel began his career in information technology in Washington, DC, working with the Department of Energy.
Mr. Gerber graduated from Grove City College in Pennsylvania in 1986 with a B.S. in Engineering Physics.

Marla Tomastik - Vice President of Delivery Services
Marla Tomastik joined SMobile in 2003, after 15 years in telecommunications software development and project management with AT&T;, and Lucent. Early in her career, she developed simulations of digital switching systems, used in engineering training for telecommunications companies worldwide. She later moved into management of large-scale Lucent software deployments for various Lucent customers, including Sprint and ICG.
A veteran SMobile team member, Marla has performed several key roles for the company over time. She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from The Ohio State University, where she also completed much coursework in both the undergraduate and graduate CIS curricula. A PMI-certified project manager, Marla received her Master's in Project Management, with a specialty in the management of software development projects, from The George Washington University. Marla resides with her daughter, Jessica, in Upper Arlington, Ohio.

Gunnar Woelke - Managing Director, SMobile Europe
Prior to joining SMobile, Mr. Woelke held key management positions at Vodafone, in the IT Security Management Organization. As a Security Manager, Mr. Woelke spearheaded the effort to launch the Blackberry services and infrastructure initiative. He also worked as the Security expert and primary interface for security issues concerning Encryption, Anti-Virus, Mobile IP and Mobile Spam.
From 2001-2002 Mr. Woelke worked as an IT Consultant for Heyde AG, a leading German Systems Integrator and Software Development house. Gunnar worked very closely with leading European banks and insurance companies, directing large scale network migration projects.
Gunnar began his IT career as a professional soldier in both the German Air Force and NATO Air Force. Gunnar led the training effort for IT Management Systems in NATO and worked with NATO IT Security for Networks and Communications. His years with the military, took Mr. Woelke all over the world, building and nurturing international teams.
