Richard R. Roscitt - Chairman and CEO
Mr. Roscitt is a nationally recognized Fortune 100 telecom executive and brings significant credibility, experience and relationships to SMobile Systems executive management team. As MCI's President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Roscitt was best known for helping to lead the company out of bankruptcy and restore it back to its position as a telecom powerhouse with positive cash flow. Mr. Roscitt's successful employment history also includes a heralded track record with AT&T;, which included his serving as CEO of AT&T; Solutions. He also spent several years as Chairman and CEO of ADC Telecommunications.

Joseph Hagin - Director
Joseph Hagin joined SMobile Systems in August, 2008 as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the SMobile International Advisory Board. Prior to joining SMobile Systems, Mr. Hagin was the Deputy Chief of Staff for President George W. Bush at the White House, serving in that role longer than any other member of the White House Senior Staff. Amongst his many duties, Mr. Hagin was responsible for White House Communications, Logistics, Air Force One Operations and Security for both Presidents George W. Bush and George H.W. Bush.
In addition, Joseph was responsible for the activities of four thousand civilian and military personnel. As past Deputy Chief of Staff, Mr. Hagin traveled the world with the President, and has interacted with world leaders and business leaders around the globe.
In addition to his public service, Joseph has held Senior Management positions at Chiquita Brands, and Federated Department Stores. |

James P. Holden - Director
James P. Holden was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Daimler Chrysler Corporation, a subsidiary of DaimlerChrysler AG, one of the world's largest automakers. Prior to being appointed President in 1999, Mr. Holden held numerous senior positions within Chrysler Corporation during his 19-year career at the company. In addition to SMobile Systems, Mr. Holden is a director of Sirius Satellite Radio and Speedway MotorSports, Inc. |

Buster C. Glosson - Director
General Glosson is the largest shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of DesignLine International (a private, hybrid bus manufacturing company). He recently completed a five-year tenure as a member of the National Security Advisory Board to the Director of Central Intelligence.
General Glosson's military service was highlighted by command and leadership positions at every level of the United States Air Force during both peace and war. Following the Gulf War in Iraq, where General Glosson was the "architect" of the Air Campaign; he served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans, Operations and Requirements, where he was responsible for strategic planning, weapons system requirements, and day-to-day worldwide operations for the United States Air Force.
General Glosson was born in Greensboro, North Carolina and received his Electrical Engineering Degree from North Carolina State University. He is also a graduate of the Military's National War College and is the author of War with Iraq: Critical Lessons (released February 2003), as well as several Gulf War and aviation related articles for professional journals. |

Robert H. Book - Director
Robert H. Book is Managing Director of Double R Capital Enterprises, LLC, a private equity firm specializing in direct investments in middle market companies. In December 2003, Mr. Book co-led an investor group, through an investment vehicle, Heartland Food Corp., in acquiring 248 Burger King restaurants out of bankruptcy and in workout situations creating the second largest franchisee in the Burger King system. Heartland was successfully sold in December 2006. In March 2005, Mr. Book co-led an investor group, through an investment vehicle, CVT Prepaid Solutions, Inc., in acquiring out of bankruptcy the assets of Orion Telecommunications Corp. In October 2005, Mr. Book led an investor group in acquiring a controlling position in SMobile Systems, a leading provider of intrusion detection software for mobile communications.
Previously, Mr. Book served as the CEO of MBF USA, a NASDAQ-listed company that was the U.S. subsidiary of the multi-billion dollar, Malaysia-based MBF Group. Mr. Book has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, restructurings, strategic planning, organizational development and direct equity investments throughout Europe, Asia, Latin America and the United States.
Mr. Book currently serves as Chairman of the Board of CVT Prepaid Solutions, Inc. and a Director of SMobile Systems. Mr. Book holds a BA Degree from New York University. |

Neil Sherman - Director
Mr. Sherman has recently joined JP Morgan Chase as a Managing Director, Investment Banking. Prior to joining JP Morgan, Mr. Sherman spent 23 years at Lehman Brothers, most recently as the Head of the Global Prime Brokerage Sales and Marketing unit. This area markets Lehman Brothers' various products and services to hedge funds in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Past positions with Lehman Brothers include Head of Equity Capital Markets for various industry sectors (including Financial Institutions, Health Care, Consumer Products and Retailing) and the Head of the Preferred Stock and Hybrid Capital Securities Origination group. Mr. Sherman began his career on Wall Street as counsel to several of Lehman's institutional areas including the futures, securities lending, derivatives and arbitrage trading groups. At various times during his career, Mr. Sherman has been a member of Lehman's Equity Division Management Committee, a Team Leader for Capital Markets and Investment Banking Analyst Recruiting at Johns Hopkins University, a leader at Lehman Brothers Selling and Relationship Management Skills training programs, and a member of Lehman's Diversity Committee. Mr. Sherman has a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University. |

Joseph DaGrosa Jr. - Director
Joseph DaGrosa Jr. is co-founder and senior partner of 1848 Capital Partners LLC. Mr. DaGrosa co-led all of 1848 Capital Partners' existing investments. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. DaGrosa was one of the founding partners of MapleWood Partners LP, a Miami-based private equity firm, where he served as a member of the Executive and Investment Committees and was co-head of the firm's Transaction Team. The Transaction Team successfully completed twenty-three acquisitions through four platform companies.
Prior to MapleWood Partners LP, Mr. DaGrosa was a Vice-President for PaineWebber, Inc. (now part of UBS) in its Special Accounts Group, where he oversaw portfolios for PaineWebber Inc.'s senior management and institutional clients. Mr. DaGrosa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting and Statistics from Syracuse University. |

Neil Book - President, Director
Mr. Book, the President of SMobile Systems has an extensive background in telecommunications. Prior to joining SMobile, he served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing for CVT Prepaid Solutions, a leader in the prepaid services industry. At CVT, Mr. Book was responsible for developing alternative lines of distribution, which led to the establishment and growth of the POSA & E-Commerce division. Before joining CVT Prepaid Solutions, Mr. Book was the Vice President, Business Development for FedCel Corporation, a leading wireless management firm which was successfully sold in 2005 to ProfitLine, Inc. He began his career in the telecommunications industry, spending 5 years with AT&T Business Services in a number of key management positions.

Kelly Simmons - Chief Financial Officer, Director
Kelly Simmons was named Chief Financial Officer for SMobile Systems in August, 2008. Prior to joining SMobile, Mr. Simmons was President and Chief Financial Officer for GlobalSCAPE, Inc. (AMEX: GSB), a leading provider of secure file management software. Mr. Simmons, has over twenty-seven years of experience in financial management including accounting, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, information systems, and investor relations. From 1988 to 2000, Mr. Simmons held various positions, including CFO, with U.S. Long Distance and Billing Concepts which grew from revenues of $2 million in 1988 to over $500 million in 1999 with over 1,200 employees. Additionally, he was CFO of Sino Swearingen Aircraft Corporation, a manufacturer of light business jets.
Mr. Simmons holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Louisiana State University and holds a CPA license in the State of Texas.
