Eddie brings to SMobile decades of technology experience in the wireless industry, and is responsible for overseeing the IT vision, new product incubation, and new partner integration strategies. He is credited with building numerous wireless infrastructure products at Cisco, including the Cisco Content Services Gateway, and several other leading wireless infrastructure companies. While at Openwave Systems, Eddie built the chassis that is now the backbone for Openwave's core messaging platforms. Eddie resides in San Jose, California.
Kevin Greene - Member
Kevin brings to the advisory board a wealth of experience from more than
30 years in the wireless Carrier industry (Vodafone, AirTouch International,
PacTel Corporation, etc.). From the early days of pre-cellular (MTS) and basic
radio paging to 3rd Generation wireless networks, he has been directly involved
in developing network based services for the subscribers. He has been directly
involved in a large number of startup networks in a number of countries as well
as serving as an internal technology trouble shooter for solving operational
challenges quickly. Kevin currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area after
his last 3 year assignment in Europe.
W. Daniel Johnson - Member
Mr. Johnson currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development for edatanetworks, Inc, a software and services provider, bringing state-of-the-art loyalty and reward programs to the retail industry. Prior to this role, Mr. Johnson served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Hogan Systems, a publicly traded banking and credit card software enterprise. In 1988 Johnson was retained by Photech Imaging Systems to perform a market and financial assessment. His recommendations became the strategy for the enterprise leading to a successful divestiture. As Senior Vice President and Special Assistant to the Chairman, he contributed to the turnaround and subsequent sale of Uccel Corporation. Mr. Johnson spent 15 years early in his career with the General Electric Company. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1967.
